Xbox 360 Red Ring of Death E74 Fix - Appropriate & Permanent Fix Exposed

By James Gerald

Hey, are you currently harassed to the core thinking that your Xbox red ring of death is constantly occurring over and over again? Well, I sure was!

Heck, I am not surprised if all gamers encountered this specific problem over and over again without a permanent fix. Why do I say this? Because they are all doing the wrong "fixing" procedure.

Here are three things in which any owner of the Xbox 360 console should avoid doing.

1. The towel trick. Have you heard of it? If you didn't then do not worry because this is the most common mistake that most Xbox 360 owners do. The last thing we want to do is put more heat into our console by wrapping it with towels, noneless this is also a very dangerous procedure.

2. Opening up an Xbox without the proper knowledge (big mistake). Yes, I have done it and I regret it because I ended up breaking the motherboard. Being desperate to fix the console can only lead to more consequences and eventually not solving the red ring of death problem or the E74 error message.

3. Taking your Xbox 360 console to a local "technician" is another common mistake. Be careful as they will take advantage of your system. They will be sneaky enough by taking parts of the Xbox's motherboard and replacing it with others.

In other words, by taking the Xbox console to someone who you don't know will significantly raise the chances of them taking advantage of your console and they will most likely charge you $80 and up for it.

How did these "technicians" learn to fix an Xbox 360 console and charge big bucks for it?

Like any of us would do, we look on the internet for a solution, a guide to help us solve that problem. YEP These technicians picked up a"guide" to fixing anything that solves the Xbox 360.

The red ring of death the E74 error and the freeze ups are all available in a solution guide that any of us can pick up in the internet now and days.

Anyhow, I do encourage you to visit the Xbox's Permanent Fix website to get expanded details on a DIY fix (Do it yourself). Getting an xbox fixed with your own hands hasn't been easier. Visit http://xboxrodrepair.info/ for more information regarding an effective permanent Xbox fix.
